Hi, I’m Katelynn!
I'm a passionate photographer with a love for capturing life’s most beautiful moments. I am currently a student at MTSU where I am getting my degree in Journalism. I have been passionate about photography since I was a young girl. My work spans across portrait, family, senior, sports, etc. I’ve always been fascinated by how a single image can tell a story, evoke emotion, and preserve memories for years to come. I am based out of the Middle Tenessee/Nashville region and would love to meet you!
My Journey:
My photography journey began in middle school when I first picked up a camera and discovered the magic behind the lens. What started as a hobby quickly evolved into a deep passion and I have now been taking photography jobs for the last 10 years. Photography has allowed me to explore the many different things that can be captured with a lens and how those photos made people feel. Today, I especially enjoy shooting portrait and family sessions along with sports, and I feel privileged to have worked with clients from all walks of life.
My Approach:
I believe that great photography is about more than just a perfectly framed shot, it’s about connecting with my subjects and capturing their true essence. My approach is loose and easygoing, ensuring that each image reflects not only what I see, but also what you feel. I’m dedicated to making every session comfortable, fun, and personal, so you can relax and be yourself in front of the camera.

I focus on capturing authentic moments, whether it's the joy of a graduation, the warmth of sibling connections, or the intensity of athletic performance. Each image is carefully composed to preserve the genuine emotion and personality of my subjects while maintaining a clean, timeless look.
I lean into crisp detail, soft backgrounds, and gentle light to elevate each frame, creating photos that feel both polished and personal. Whether posed or candid, my work is all about keeping it real and highlighting people as they truly are, in the best light.
