WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR?

This will depend a lot on what type of shoot we are doing and what the location is. Feel free to reach out for any advice or look for inspiration on websites like Pinterest!

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER?

If bad weather forces us to cancel our shoot, I will happily reschedule at our earliest convenience. If this means you are no longer able to do the shoot, I will issue a refund for any fees paid.

HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD MY IMAGES?

Once I get your photos uploaded, I will contact you with a PIN and let you know they are ready for download. I will send you the link to my galleries page, find your gallery, and enter your personalized PIN to download. Watermarks on the photos will be removed after being downloaded.

DO YOU EXCEPT CREDIT CARDS?

At this time, I do not accept credit cards. I can take Venmo, Apple Pay, or cash.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?

Cancellation: If the Client cancels the session, the retainer fee is non-refundable. If the Client cancels within 48 hours before the session, the full balance will be returned.

Rescheduling: The Client may reschedule the session depending on the Photographer’s availability.

Photographer Cancellations: If the Photographer cannot perform the session due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control, the Photographer will reschedule with the Client or provide a full refund of any payments made.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE THE EDITED IMAGES?

Depending on the size of the gallery and the time spent on the shoot, photos will typically be delivered within 2-3 weeks and sometimes sooner. If technical issues arise or something happens with my full-time job causing delivery time to be longer, I will let you know immediately.
